Immigrants Are Essential, Donald Trump Is Not

Los Angeles, CA – In response to the Trump tax evasion scandal, NDLON campaign director S.G. Sarmiento made the following statement:

“Immigrant day laborers pay more in US taxes than Donald Trump has in 10 years. A timely reminder that immigrants are essential, Donald Trump is not.

“Blaming protestors, immigrants, and refugees for any and all social problems, while lining their pockets with millions stolen from working people, businesses, and government alike – that’s the agenda of the governing party. Resist accordingly.”
