Day laborers will be awaiting to hear the results of the Court’s decision as the determine the future direction of their efforts.

“When we defend the rights of day laborers, we defend the rights of all,” explains Pablo Alvarado, director of NDLON. “In the highest court of the nation we will protect the first amendment and expand its definition for everyone. Hundreds of humble workers have gathered in this assembly to challenge the politics of hate and put this entire country on the road to justice.”
